Incoming Department Operator.

Job description:
– Responsible for activities pertaining to making incoming groups and individual reservations.
– Apply all procedures for group reservations and related activities.
– Prepare & follow up on group quotes and fulfill group reservations.
– Communicate schedule changes to our clients.
– Ensure proper documentation is forwarded to clients and travel agencies.
– Provide and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism through telephone and public contacts.

Preferred Skills:
– Languages: English, German, Spanish, French
– Multitasking.
– Problem Solving.
– Computer literacy (Excel and Word) is an asset.
– Background in Tourism.
– Good Communication Skills.
– Reliable.
