Jerusalem is the capital of the State of Israel and the ancient capital of the Biblical Jewish kingdom. It is holy for Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Jerusalem lies in the Judean Hills. It contains the Old City, surrounded by high-fortified walls and ramparts, and the New City, modern Jerusalem. In this tour, you will experience some of the old and some of the new. You will enter the old city through the new city. Inside the old city walls, you will walk through many of the holy sites for all Three religions and appreciate the beauty of Jerusalem. Drive to Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. Stop at Mount Zion to visit King David’s Tomb, Room of Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey; Enter the Old City and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman road. See the Jewish Wailing Wall, the Kotel, and continue to the Christian quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the Church of Holy Sepulchre. Proceed to the New City and visit Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust.
On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, instead of Yad Vashem, drive to Ein Karem, southwest of Jerusalem, traditionally known as birthplace of John the Baptist; Stroll in the narrow lanes of the picturesque neighborhood, stopping by Mary’s spring and continue to visit the remarkable Church of Saint John the Baptist. Return to point of departure.

NOTE: Modest dress (no shorts or sleeveless shirts) and head covering are required for visiting
holy sites.

*Children under 10 are not allowed inside the Holocaust museum.

Price Includes:

  • Yad Vashem Entrance Fees (Not including Sat).

Price Excludes:

  • ​Lunches and dinners.
  • Tips or gratuities for guide and driver.
  • Reservations are available only for tours which are 24 hours away or more.
  • Reservations for tours for the same day will not be approved.
  • Pickup/ Dropoff is at central hotels in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
  • Our Offices are closed during the weekend (Friday & Saturday).
  • Tours can be cancelled up until 72 hours before the tour begins. After that there will be no refund.
  • April 9 , 15 , 20, 29 ; May 29 ; Sept. 19 , 20 , 27, 2020 :Tour will be operated as per Saturday’s program. The visit to Yad Vashem will be replaced by a visit to Ein Karem.
  • Easter : April 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 2020 – Tour program will not include the visit to the Church of Holy Sepulchre
